Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar, with nine locations in Central Pennsylvania and its first franchise location in Uncasville, Connecticut, is rolling out three cheese-inspired masterpieces for $9.99:

  • Grilled Mac-N-Cheese Arooga’s signature white cheddar Mac-N-Cheese grilled with bacon and cheddar between two buttery sourdough bread slices and served with Creamy Tomato Basil Soup.
  • Mexicali Grilled Cheese – Shaved chicken and pepper jack cheese grilled between two buttery sourdough bread slices and dressed with creamy guacamole and house made salsa, served with choice of side.
  • Cubano Grilled Cheese – Grilled ham, savory hand pulled pork and Swiss cheese grilled between two buttery sourdough bread slices and dressed with mustard and a pickle, served with choice of side.

“As America’s hottest sports bar, there is nothing cheesy about Arooga’s with the exception of, well, our cheese,” said Arooga’s co-founder and president Gary Huether, Jr. “We’re famous for our wings and sauces but our kitchen actually excels with everything on the menu, including these limited-time cheesy bad boys.”

The Mexicali Grilled Cheese and Cubano Grilled Cheese sandwiches are served with coleslaw, natural-cut fries or house chips. $1 substitutions include beer-battered onion rings or tater tots. $2 substitutions include loaded fries, Bleu chips or Mac-N-Cheese. $3 substitutions include bowl of soup, House, Caesar, Spinach or Chopped Salad. The Grilled Mac-N-Cheese is served with Creamy Tomato Basil Soup as a side.
