Bruce Reinstein has been named president of Consolidated Concepts, Inc., a company he has developed and grown since 2011. Consolidated Concepts is the leading supply chain partner for multi-unit restaurant brands with $16 billion in buying power and more than 120 employees.
Reinstein joined Consolidated Concepts after spending 30 years as a chain operator, including nearly 13 years at Fresh City, a restaurant chain he co-founded in 1998 and a Nation’s Restaurant News Hot Concepts Award Winner. Upon Fresh City’s sale in 2011, Reinstein joined Consolidated Concepts as its chief operating officer with a focus on growing Consolidated Concepts into a national supply chain support system for restaurant chains.
