Cowboy Chicken Expands To The MidwestCowboy Chicken, the popular thirteen-unit Dallas-based fast casual wood fire rotisserie chicken brand, has signed their newest franchisee, Midwest CC, LLC. The 7-store agreement will expand the Cowboy Chicken brand to Nebraska and Kansas.

Midwest CC plans to begin development of its first location in Lincoln, Nebraska and then expand through the Midwest Region. The first location is expected to open by Fall 2015. Cowboy Chicken and their newest franchise partners are excited about the expansion and working together, knowing that the the unique concept will be a perfect fit for the Midwest. During exploration of concepts, Cowboy Chicken was identified as a young, upcoming company ranked high on the list of Top Movers and Shakers in the Fast Casual industry.
