Cowboy Chicken Signs Franchise Agreement for Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Cowboy Chicken, the popular twelve-unit Dallas based fast casual wood-fire rotisserie chicken brand announces its newest franchisee, V2V Management. The agreement will expand the restaurant concept to Louisiana, beginning with Baton Rouge.
Chris Vince along with Operations Partner Mark Verinder, are excited to expand the Cowboy Chicken concept to Louisiana. Verinder, a long-time successful restaurant operator has been a fan of Cowboy Chicken since 2003, eating regularly at restaurants while in Dallas. Chris was introduced to Cowboy Chicken by Mark, and in the Fall of 2013 had the opportunity to experience the quality and flavor of the food for the first time in Dallas at an LSU/TCU tailgate party catered by Cowboy Chicken. Since then, they have worked tirelessly to bring the taste of Cowboy Chicken to their home market, believing that the unique appeal and flavor of wood-fired chicken will offer a healthy alternative to fried chicken.

A lease for the new store has been signed and should open at Siegen Place Shopping Center, 6555 Siegen Lane, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70809 in the Fall of 2015.
