The pop-up cafe concept is being taken to a whole new level, starting in the Mid-Atlantic states this week! In Maryland, on Thursday, August 6th through Monday August 10th, CaféBellas Mid-Atlantic Area Representative Chef Chris Cherry, a well-renowned chef, hosted at Carey Sales & Services, a third-generation, family-owned business to make gourmet food in a kitchenless restaurant. CaféBellas will present our intriguing and unique high end luxurious way to engage guests and create the perfect experience appealing to all senses with our LED lighting, Bose sound system and Food + Drinks = Fun.

- Flame-grilled Chicken breast with a combination of Fire Roasted Pepper Sauce & Beurre Blanc, mixed with fresh herbs
- 72-Hour Beef Short Rib with the Port Wine Sauce
- Grilled Paiche, Amazon Cod with a Soy beurre blanc sauce mixed with fresh chopped chives and tarragon
- Seared Lemongrass Salmon with a light style Asian influenced version of beurre blanc with Thai basil, Thai chilies, and fish sauce
