Dickey’s Barbecue Pit, world’s largest BBQ franchise featuring pit smoked meats, will open new Lodi location on Thursday, September 6. The first 100 customers will receive a free mouthwatering Pulled Pork Big Barbecue sandwich.
“I’m excited to open and to serve the Lodi community something very unique,” said franchise owner Rod Cockrum. “Most Californians haven’t tasted slow smoked brisket and I know once they try ours they will become addicted.”
Dickey’s has 20 locations open in California with plans of opening eight more this year including Temecula, San Ramon, Bakersfield, Carmichael, Sacramento, San Bruno, San Jose and Ventura.
“Californians love Dickey’s Barbecue and we’re enjoying our expansion across the state,” said Roland Dickey, Jr., president of Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants, Inc. “We have big plans for the state and look forward to introducing more people to our savory authentic BBQ.”
The new location is at 1379 S. Lower Sacramento Road, in the Lowes shopping center. Dickey’s is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The store phone number is (209) 365-9021.
