Award-Winning Chicken Wing Restaurant Opens Second of Six Locations in San Antonio

East Coast Wings & Grill, an upscale casual dining chicken wing franchise, today announced the opening of its second location in the San Antonio market, offering the community 75 different flavors of chicken wings with 675 different flavor combinations based on nine heat intensities. Located at 8251 Agora Parkway in Selma, the new restaurant is the second of six slated for the western half of San Antonio.

The new East Coast Wings & Grill location is owned and operated by brothers Nimesh and Dharmesh Patel. Nimesh, a practicing physician and entrepreneur with three urgent care centers in San Antonio, and Dharmesh, a lifelong hospitality professional, have committed to opening a total of six locations in the San Antonio area. Having grown up in New Orleans, the brothers were very critical of taste and, after exploring a variety of options, determined that East Coast Wings & Grill provided the business model and quality food in which they were looking for.

“The corporate team has created a truly visionary business model – dedicated to patient growth and refined systems and process that focus on unit-level economics. East Coast Wings & Grill provides franchisees with the support needed to make a great business,” said Nimesh Patel, owner of Selma’s new East Coast Wings & Grill. “It’s hard not to get excited about a company that shares the same ethics and values as you.”

Proving the concept is successful in any economic climate with ten years of positive same-store sales, East Coast Wings & Grill is far different from the norm in the chicken wing segment. With a focus on great-tasting, freshly prepared food for families, deviating from the standard alcohol-driven environment typical of wing concepts, the flourishing brand creates a warm and inviting environment that leaves customers feeling a sense of community. And while its 75 flavors of buffalo style wings, all of which are offered in any of 9 heat-intensity intensities, remain a staple of the concept, East Coast Wings & Grill’s six-page menu also includes casual dining fare including burgers, salads, sandwiches and more.

“We look forward to continue to be the place where families go for a delicious meal at a price everyone can enjoy,” added Nimesh Patel. “We’re a place that everyone can feel comfortable going to enjoy time with family and friends, plus our food is incredible. Having established our roots in Pleasanton, we look forward to continued success in the San Antonio market.”
