Firehouse Subs, a fast casual restaurant chain with more than 900 locations in 43 states and Puerto Rico, announced the U.S. rollout of a state-of-the-art mobile ordering and loyalty app offering its guests more convenience and great rewards.
Designed and built by Relevant Mobile, a trailblazer in developing customized mobile apps and mobile-centric data-capturing solutions exclusively for the restaurant industry, the new app is now available for download by Android and iOS users for all Firehouse Subs locations in the U.S.
Last week’s nationwide rollout follows strong sales results and excellent guest feedback in key test markets. The app incorporates native integrations that utilize the NCR point-of-sale system.

The Firehouse Subs app allows guests to place an order while on the go through their mobile phone. Guests also benefit from the integration of multiple app components, allowing them to earn loyalty credit for in-restaurant and in-app orders, and for playing Blaze Hopper, Firehouse Subs’ in-app game.
