International Quick-Service Brand Continues European Expansion
On the heels of a record-breaking year of international expansion, Texas Chicken is officially available to the people of Belarus. The first restaurant of a multi-unit deal signed last year is now open. Milkimpex OU, the newest Texas Chicken franchisee, is set to make the brand’s bold Texas flavor and world famous chicken available across Belarus.
“Eastern Europe is an essential region in our expansion plan,” explains Tony Moralejo, Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer for Church’s and Texas Chicken. “Our tactical growth combined with the love guests have for our food are the cornerstones of the brand’s success and the very reason we are able to offer the flavor they crave and the quality they deserve, worldwide. Our knowledge of chicken and a southern flavor, united with our franchisee’s knowledge of this key region is truly the perfect match.”
The new Texas Chicken location in Belarus features the same delicious menu items that originally made the brand famous in other countries throughout the world, including hand-battered fried chicken, signature honey-butter biscuits, crispy chicken sandwiches, savory mashed potatoes and many more.
“I’m honored to be a part of the monumental expansion this iconic brand is experiencing,” says Pavel Vassiliev, General Manager, ALS Fast Food LLC – Texas Chicken operator in Belarus. “Texas Chicken holds a strong heritage and high-quality standards that accompany the brand in each city and each country it conquers. I am elated that guests in Belarus will now be able to experience the art of chicken.”
“With great expansion comes many moving parts,” adds Moralejo. “At Texas Chicken, we pride ourselves on being able to maintain that flavor and quality wherever we go. Whether you’ve visited our establishments across the globe, or Belarus is your first Texas Chicken experience, we’re confident we will delight.”
Milkimpex OU is an investment company based in Tallinn, Estonia. The company owns interests in real estate development and management in the European Union. Their extensive business experience and strong presence makes them an ideal fit for the Texas Chicken brand.
