The new menu items feature ingredients that boast several nutritional benefits. The Smoked Salmon and Spring Chive Scramble’s key ingredient – salmon – is in season this time of year and is considered a superfood rich in omega-3 fatty acids. In addition, artichokes, as prepared in the Toasted Turkey Artichoke Sandwich, are also in season and are loaded with antioxidants and dietary fiber.

Back by popular demand, the Quinoa Power Bowl will remain on the spring seasonal menu. This winter menu favorite features quinoa, a protein-packed grain, mixed with kale, shredded carrots and house-roasted tomatoes topped with grilled all-natural lemon chicken, basil pesto sauce, feta crumbles and fresh herbs.
