First Watch Restaurants Expand Again, Opens in Sea Ranch Lakes

“Daytime Café “continues strong growth pace in Southeast Florida

First Watch, the nation’s leading Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch concept, continues the expansion of its footprint today with the opening of a new restaurant in Sea Ranch Center bringing its total count to 42 First Watch restaurants in Florida. The restaurant will employ approximately 25 people.

“With more than 30 years of success in Florida, we are excited to continue to grow in our home state,” said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We have been fortunate to have built a tremendously strong and loyal following in southeast Florida and look forward being a larger part of this vibrant and active community as we meet the residents of Sea Ranch.”

The First Watch in Sea Ranch Center is located at 4715 N. Ocean Drive under the band dome. The new 3,949-square-foot restaurant occupies the space formerly held by Sea Ranch Diner in the Publix Super Markets-anchored retail center. It recently under went a complete renovation and update, including the addition of a patio for outdoor dining.

The new restaurant features an interior design concept known as “Connect.” It connects traditional First Watch design elements with contemporary executions by maximizing natural light and incorporating color tones that convey the warm and inviting personality of the brand. The design also accentuates an open-kitchen concept, which reinforces First Watch’s honest approach to fresh food preparation – all menu items are freshly prepared to order and the restaurant does not use deep fryers, microwaves or heat lamps.

Taking freshness to heart, First Watch offers 100% fresh-squeezed Orange Juice; house-made granola, salsa and dressings; house-roasted veggies and looks to locally source produce whenever possible. In addition to serving unique and fresh entrées, First Watch offers its exclusive Sunrise Select® Premium Blend Coffee. The special blend is made from slow-roasted, hand-selected, high-grown coffee beans from mountains across the Americas.

A recipient of more than 200 “Best Of” accolades in markets across the country, including the 2014 “MenuMasters Award” by Nation’s Restaurant News for the Quinoa Power Bowl. First Watch features traditional favorites including pancakes, omelets, salads and sandwiches, as well as signature specialties such as the Chickichanga, Healthy Turkey Omelet and Fresh Fruit Crepes.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
