Food Allergy Experts to Gather for Food Allergy Symposium for IndustryAllerTrain by MenuTrinfo, a leader in food allergy and gluten free training, has announced the launch of its Food Allergy Symposium for Industry (FASI). FASI will bring together leading experts from foodservice brands such as Sodexo, PF Changs, University of Arizona, Red Robin, GF Jules, and others. The event will take place November 3-4, 2016, in Denver, and will feature today’s leading food allergy and gluten-free experts.

FASI 2016 will address the training and tools required to improve concerns and issues surrounding food allergies. Additional topics include the legal aspects of food allergies and new product offerings for special dietary needs in industrial kitchens.

The event will feature speakers such as Robin Hamm, head of product innovation and commercialization for Red Robin, Bill Moore, director of safety and security for Eat’ n Park, and Gary Jones, culinary dietician specialist with Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.

This symposium fills a current gap in the industry and provides a forum for professionals to discuss changes and remedies related to food-allergy issues.”

FASI 2016 also will include discussion driven cocktail receptions, breakfast meetings, and other opportunities to network with other industry professionals who are also working to handle food-allergies with quality and care.

All attendees must currently be employed in the food service and hospitality industry, with current responsibility to create, implement, and oversee programs for food allergy education and training.
