“FSTEC is well known as the longest running tech showcase,” says Rob Grimes, chairman and chief executive of HOSTEC Events, which owns and operates FSTEC. “The addition of NexGen signals our commitment to creating a completely unique event experience that emphasizes an exchange of ideas and best practices in a relaxed environment. It is a great place for tech leaders throughout the industry to connect.”
FoodService Technology Excellence Conference (FSTEC) was co-founded in 1996 through a partnership between Robert Grimes and Nation’s Restaurant News and quickly became the largest show of its kind. In 2011, Grimes acquired full ownership.
FSTEC is part of HOSTEC Events, an affiliated company of ConStrata Tech Consulting and TechAdvisor Publications. These entities individually and as a group are the global leaders in technology education, events, consulting and publishing for the hospitality, foodservice and retail industries.
