A new lunch menu is now available, and highlights Chef Bradley’s creativity and passion. Included in the new menu is a Corned Pork Sandwich with Thousand Island, pickled kohlrabi, and Gruyere on rye bread. A favorite lunch time item is the PBR Can Chicken sandwich. It’s beer can chicken between buns, and it’s delectable. Peppers and onions adorn the sandwich along with provolone, all atop a pretzel bun, accompanied by house made slaw: A perfect lunch for any appetite. Both the lunch and dinner menus offer a new selection of appetizers, including Croque Madame in the style of fondue; Shrimp with hot pepper brown sauce, pickled vegetables, and country bread; and Broccoli with white anchovy, caper, red chili, garlic and niçoise.
Gram & Dun is also making waves in The Plaza and greater Kansas City as recent winner of KC Magazine’s Best New Restaurant, and nominee for the Best Patio award.
