Ground Round is returning again in markets where the brand is known, including at Airport View Drive SW next to Americ Inn in Rochester, MN. The former 331 Bar & Grill has undergone major renovations and property improvements, including a new private dining room, sports bar lounge, an expanded menu with over 80 of your favorite Ground Round offerings, and a grand outdoor patio. “Ground Round is a brand that’s well known here in Rochester and we’re very excited to bring this brand back to the area,” says Jason Windsor, General Manager of the locally owned restaurant which will employ more than 90 employees. Local owners of this Rochester Ground Round franchise are Andy Chafoulias, Joe Powers and Todd Klees, who also own and operate the Americ Inn Hotel, Rochester Event Center and Canadian Honker restaurant in the area. “Rochester is our 5th Ground Round to open here in Minnesota, with other locations in nearby Winona, Worthington, Bemidji, and Grand Rapids, and we are under construction and opening later this year in Waconia, MN as well,” adds Jack Crawford, President & CEO of Ground Round Independent Owners Cooperative, LLC (Ground Round IOC).
