Johnny Garlic’s, a Guy Fieri Signature Restaurant, reveals new addition to its menu with Hunter’s Creation, Jerk Marinated Elk Chops.
The team at Johnny Garlic’s challenges its patrons to re-think big game dishes with the newest Hunter’s Creation menu feature which takes elk out of the forest and into the Caribbean for a bold twist on a Jamaican staple. The elk chops are seasoned with a spicy jerk marinade and served with blackberry chutney, rosemary garlic mashed potatoes and summer succotash.
Hunter’s Creation, named after Guy’s son, was made as a bold rotating feature for the adventurous diner including dishes with freshly-sourced game such as antelope, wild boar, ostrich and more. The feature has been a part of the Johnny Garlic’s menu since its doors were first opened in 1996.
