Free Range Grilled Chickens, natural Angus tri-tip, organic breads baked fresh in store and 12 hour slow cooked natural baby back ribs are coming to Temecula this June with the opening of the first Bushfire Grill. The 1,200-square-foot casual dining concept, created by restaurateurs Clive and Brandon Barwin, will feature an assortment of rotisserie chicken, baby back ribs, sandwiches, fresh healthy salads and an assortment of hot vegetables and sides served in a rustic setting.
“We felt Temecula was underserved when it came to locally sourced, natural foods,” said Brandon Barwin. “Bushfire Grill is a solution for wholesome, healthy, hearty cuisine that any member of the family can enjoy on a daily basis.”
Located along Temecula’s bustling Winchester Road in the Trader Joes center, Bushfire Grill’s cozy setting will be highlighted by reclaimed woods, barn style door panels and earth tone décor.
Enticing menu items of note include the Free Range Chicken basted with gourmet sauces such as the secret house-made Portuguese Peri Peri or all-natural Bushfire BBQ sauce and the Gaucho Steak Sandwich, served with a generous portion of certified natural Angus beef, caramelized onions, sliced local tomatoes and chimichurri sauce on home made organic focaccia bread.
“Although the restaurant can comfortably seat 40 patrons, we anticipate the majority of our orders will be take-home,” added Brandon Barwin. “Our emphasis is on value, health and quality. Our customers will be able to pick up a healthy and tasty meal to take home and serve a family of four for less than $24.00.”
Bushfire Grill owners are also developing an app for easier ordering and will work closely with local schools and charities to facilitate fundraising by ordering with Bushfire Grill.
Prior to Bushfire Grill, the Barwins created Melt Café & Gelato Bar, a casual bistro concept with 13 locations across the nation.
