Program Allows You To Purchase Hooters Calendars To Be Sent To Our Troops For The Holidays

Operation Calendar Drop provides a way for guests of Hooters Restaurants to purchase a 2017 Hooters Calendar and attach a personal note of thanks to our troops. The program kicks off annually in November at all Hooters locations and goes through the Holidays.  Through Operation Calendar Drop’s partnership with Support The Troops (http://www.supportthetroopsusa.org/) many of the Calendars are shipped in care packages to soldiers stationed overseas.  In addition, Calendars are distributed to local military bases, VFW’s, Veteran’s Administration Hospitals and other military affiliated organizations across the Country, wherever there is a Hooters.

Since 2005, Operation Calendar Drop has distributed over 150,000 Hooters Calendars to our men and women stationed around the world.  “Ever since the early days of World War II, the pin-up calendar has had its place on the barrack walls portraying a slice of American culture and reminding our soldiers what they’re fighting for and showing America’s appreciation of all they’re sacrificing. The Hooters Calendar is proud to carry on the tradition of giving our soldiers something home grown that portrays the wholesome sex appeal of the all-American Hooters Girl,” said Chuck Melcher, owner and publisher of the Hooters Calendar.

The 2017 Hooters Calendar features Miss Hooters International Sable Robbert on the cover.  Over 200 Hooters Girls from 10 Countries are featured throughout the Calendar.  In addition, $1.00 from every Calendar sold goes to the fight against Breast Cancer.
