Hooters today announced the opening of a brand new location in Garland, Texas at Lake Ray Hubbard’s Harbor Point. The 7,000 square foot space, is prominently positioned in the Harbor Point specialty retail center on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard. The location features two bars, with one bar on the location’s extra-large patio with lakefront view seating of beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard for more than 120 guests.
“Garland’s almost 2,000 square foot patio offers Hooters guests an optimal location to sit back and enjoy sweeping views of Lake Ray Hubbard along with delicious fare,” said Mark Whittle, senior vice president of global development, Hooters of America. “Our brand new Garland location is a testament to Hooters commitment to expansion domestically, especially in the Lone Star State where we have 42 locations and are opening six more in 2016.”
Hooters worked locally with David Zoller and Joey Keffler with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group, who handled negotiations as exclusive leasing agents for the shopping center. The new location in Garland, Texas, helps solidify Hooters’ presence in 42 states and 26 countries around the world.
The new location incorporates the latest design features that deliver the familiar, fun-loving persona of the Hooters brand along with newly contemporized elements that combine to deliver a one-of-a-kind guest experience. From two centrally located bars featuring 40 draught beers and a wide array of cocktails and craft beers to comfortable seating options and top-of-the-line AV packages perfect for watching all the games, more than ever Hooters is the perfect destination for just about any occasion that calls for great food and fun.
The new Garland location offers Hooters craveable menu options, including fresh entrée salads, a great lineup of hand-formed burgers, delicious seafood dishes and fan-favorite fried pickles. Of course, Hooters Girls always serve its world-famous traditional and boneless chicken wings with Buffalo sauce favorites, ranging in heat from mild to triple dog dare as well as signature sauces and rubs, such as teriyaki-style samurai, lemon pepper and chipotle honey.
