Hot Harry's Inks New Deal with Franchisee Team in Pottstown, PennsylvaniaHot Harry’s, a fast casual California-Mex concept with its roots in the Berkshires, has inked a new deal with Bhanu Patel and Jasmin Patel, a father / son franchisee team from Pottstown, Pennsylvania. This is the eighth Hot Harry’s location and joins others in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut and Iowa. The franchise business was founded in Pittsfield, Massachusetts in 2004.

Bhanu Patel honed his skills while working for a Dunkin Donuts franchise in Pennsylvania. Bhanu and his son Jasmin continue to own and operate a Wayback burgers franchise in Pottstown, Pennsylvania.

“My son & I are very happy with our existing Wayback Burgers franchise in Pottstown and are continuing our growth strategy with Wayback,” said Bhanu. “We identified a need for a Mexican burrito restaurant in our locality. Our research brought us to Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos. The low cost investment and a ground floor opportunity with a fairly new emerging, but well-established franchise definitely contributed to our decision to sign on.”

“We were impressed with the savvy leadership of top notch executives with over 35 years franchising experience,” said Jasmin. “We know we will get the hands on support needed to be successful.”

Hot Harry’s has rebranded itself over the past year and a half to compete in the fast growing Tex-Mex category by offering a fresher approach with its fast casual California-Mex concept. “We make all our proprietary salsas, marinades and sauces daily using fresh grilled steroid and antibiotic free meats,” said Richard Tarascio, President Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos. “Fresh is the key word.”
