Located at 2925 Buford Drive, Bld. #1205, in the Exchange at Gwinnett, JINYA’s first Buford restaurant will begin serving the traditional flavors of Japanese food via small plates and its acclaimed ramen that combines bold noodles with thick, rich broth that slowly simmers for 20 hours in late October. Adhering to a variety of dietary needs and preferences, JINYA offers a lineup of savory plant-based dishes that highlight balanced, bold ingredients without sacrificing on flavor, including new items featuring Impossible Foods, like Impossible Tacos, Impossible Bun, Impossible Rice Bowl, Flying Vegan Harvest and Tsunami White Pearl.

“JINYA has established a reputation of serving delicious flavors and providing an exceptional experience to guests in metro Atlanta, so we can’t wait to bring our authentic Japanese ramen even further across the state,” said Franchisee James Wang. “We look forward to becoming an integral part of the Buford community and hiring a talented team as we get ready to introduce true ramen culture to the area.”

In preparation for its Buford grand opening, JINYA is currently hiring for all positions – including both back-of-house and front-of-house positions, as well as a front-of-house manager. Interested candidates are encouraged to apply in person at the new restaurant Monday through Friday from 1-5 p.m., or email Hiring Manager Rose Wang at Rose@xcramen.com.

At JINYA, experience ramen like it’s meant to be – with thick, rich broth in perfect balance with flavorful noodles. Discover a wide array of authentic toppings, from tender pork chashu to a perfectly cooked and seasoned poached egg to fresh garlic.
