The event is organized and sponsored by the Word Trade Center Miami, US Department of Agriculture and the National Association of State Departments of Agriculture and brings together 11,000 professionals in the food and beverage industry representing over thirty countries worldwide. Linda Duke is a featured presenter, and her first educational seminar, “Today’s Best Marketing Strategies for Restaurant Operators”, will be held from 12:45 p.m. – 1:45 p.m., Monday, October 26th. Food and beverage industry professionals will learn ways to increase their sales, revenue and grow their brand. Duke will share strategies for attracting today and tomorrow’s guests, tips for international brands to be ready and relevant to enter the USA and more.

Ms. Duke will also present, “Top Food and Restaurant Trends across the United States”, from 10:15 a.m. – 11:15 a.m., Tuesday, October 27th, 2015. She will share case studies and insights from top restaurateurs from throughout the United States that will give restaurant operators a glimpse at new food trends, restaurant promotions, menu items and regional differences across the country.  The seminar will provide case studies of international restaurants and food brands that have attempted to tap into consumers in the United States and review their results.
