Logan’s Roadhouse today announced David Spirito as Vice President of Food & Beverage. Spirito will lead the company’s overall product research and development strategy, direction and processes. With nearly 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Spirito brings a wealth of knowledge to the Logan’s Roadhouse team.
“David will spearhead one of the most critical roles of our business by leading the Food & Beverage team,” said Chief Marketing Officer Len VanPopering. “His diverse experience in the restaurant industry and depth of knowledge make David the perfect person to lead our food and beverage initiatives.”
Spirito comes to Logan’s Roadhouse from T.G.I. Friday’s, where he served as Corporate Chef of Global Research and Development. Spirito led the implementation of brand guidelines across several platforms including global operations and development. Prior to joining T.G.I. Friday’s in June 2013, Spirito served as Corporate Chef for LM Restaurants.
Spirito received his bachelor’s degree from Johnson & Wales University.
