“We challenged our wonderfully talented pitmasters to create something so irresistible, so unforgettable and delectable, that diners would think they’re sitting in the best BBQ joints in Texas, South Carolina and Alabama,” said Joan Hansen, vice president of marketing, Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. “I would say, mission accomplished! • The Texas Combo: Straight from the Lone Star State, this platter includes a generous portion of Texas-style beef brisket, two Texas red hot sausage links, tangy Texas slaw, BBQ beans, and smoked jalapeño cheddar cornbread.
  • The Alabama Combo: Made with an authentic, tangy and creamy Alabama White BBQ Sauce—a staple from Birmingham to Tuscaloosa—this combo features a quarter chicken (leg and thigh), rib tips, Southern-braised greens, corn-on-the-cob, and picnic potato salad.
