Max & Erma’s Restaurants announced today that it will continue its on-going relationship of supporting the Boys & Girls Clubs with a special menu insert during a month-long campaign, Aug. 31 – Sept. 30, in an effort to raise $50,000 or more for 16 local Boys & Girls Clubs in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and Pennsylvania.
Max & Erma’s will direct $1 to the local Boys & Girls Clubs from the sale of each order of its new, Clubhouse Burger (recently named the Best Cheeseburger by the National Hamburger Festival): hand-crafted blend of Midwest USDA premium ground chuck, prime rib and brisket and topped with award-winning Guggisberg Swiss cheese and Max’s homemade steakhouse burger sauce. Max & Erma’s will also donate $1 from each order of Buffalo Chicken Dip and Chocolate Cake A La Mode sold from Aug. 31-Sept. 30.
Guests can also add a donation of $1, $3, $5 or more directly to their checks. Those who donate $5 or more during Max & Erma’s Boys & Girls Club campaign will receive a coupon for $5 off of a future visit. All donations will stay in their local communities and be directed to the local Boys & Girls Club.
On Thursday, Sept. 17, Max & Erma’s restaurants will host a company-wide FUNdraiser where 20% of the guest’s check will be donated to local Boys & Girls Clubs when they present the Boys & Girls Club Flyer at Max & Erma’s. Contact your local Boys & Girls Club for specific details.
