Customizable Burger Franchise Expands its South Florida Presence with Doral Opening
MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, the fast-casual “better burger” franchise, is continuing its South Florida growth with the opening of its second Miami-area restaurant, spearheaded by experienced franchisee, Enzo Di Giovanni. The Doral location, which opened on Thursday, December 15, 2016, will be located on 2000 NW 87th Ave.
Di Giovanni brought the MOOYAH brand to the area with his Miami opening last year. The Venezuelan-born young entrepreneur wanted to carry on his family’s legacy of business ownership. He did this by opening his first restaurant franchise, a Denny’s, in 2011. After trying MOOYAH’s high quality product, he decided to diversify his business with the better burger brand.
“I loved that MOOYAH offered great food and really made sure to pay attention to each customer,” said Di Giovanni. “Miami loves MOOYAH and I know that Doral will as well. I am thrilled to be expanding into this new community.”
As MOOYAH continues to grow throughout the nation, Miami has become a top development focus for the thriving brand.

This is the second location that Di Giovanni has opened as part of his six-unit deal to expand the brand’s presence throughout Miami Dade county. Di Giovanni will be working with the MOOYAH corporate team on real estate and a timeline for the additional four restaurants that will open over the course of the next few years. MOOYAH is focused on continuing to develop throughout the state of Florida as part of their growth strategy.

Each gourmet burger can be customized with five different cheese options, applewood smoked bacon, sliced avocado and chili, along with ten free veggie toppings and 11 free sauces.
MOOYAH French fries come together in a six-step process that takes a total of 24 hours to completely prepare. A delightful combination of constant attention and a little magic help transform U.S. #1 Idaho potatoes into perfect, crisp-on-the-outside and fluffy-on-the-inside fries. Guests also have the choice of savory sweet potato fries. MOOYAH offers real ice cream shakes in 10 delicious flavors ranging from vanilla to Hershey’s chocolate, REESE’S, strawberry banana and more.
In 2017, MOOYAH plans to once again enhance and improve on their recipe for successful franchise growth by adding new locations across the country while maintaining a focus on introducing the brand to more global markets. The booming “better burger” brand entered several new states in 2016, while expanding its existing presence in California, Texas, Florida and New York, as well.
