Specialty bakery café will feature grand opening cookie cake deals
Nestlé Toll House Café by Chip celebrated the arrival of the first of two planned locations in the mall on April 4, when a new showcase café began serving up its world famous chocolate chip cookies, specialty Milano coffees and a wide array of delectable treats. The café, located on the third floor of Willow Grove Mall, marks the seventh bakery of its kind in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
In the short time it has been open, the café has already begun building a reputation for serving up smiles to busy shoppers.
“We like to think that shopping goes hand-in-hand with sweet treats and a great cup of coffee,” said Shawnon Bellah, Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Nestlé Toll House Cafe.
“Our cafés have been very popular in cities like Lancaster and Philadelphia, and in the suburbs of Bensalem and Whitehall, so we are excited to be back now at Willow Grove Mall.”
The Willow Grove café features digital menus displayed on six LED screens, and an upgraded design that features the brand’s distinctive product offerings in a more efficient and attractive manner. Convenient online ordering is available for the café’s popular customized cookie cakes. A second, non-baking cart location is scheduled to open on the first floor of mall next month.
The new café, located at 2500 Moreland Road, is the sixth company-owned location and the 126th overall system-wide. Café hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
