Through the years, well known industry veteran Rick Julylia has been on all sides of the ever changing hospitality industry and has worked with many interesting characters along the way.
“Management here is just amazing” says Mr. Julylia, “like most others I was initially attracted to the business due to their tremendous growth. But it quickly became clear that there was a very detailed plan in place and it was being executed perfectly.”
In the preceding twelve months, The Twisted Tuna has grown exponentially and proven that the full service restaurant industry is not only alive and well but actually booming. Experts believe this trend will continue with Americans now spending more on dining out than groceries for the first time ever.
Mr. Julylia feels that food quality and freshness are the highest priorities in the restaurant business and that no other single detail has a bigger impact on its overall success.
