Centennial, CO-based The Egg & I Restaurants announces the opening of its 62nd restaurant on Monday, October 1st. The restaurant opens at 6:00 a.m., and is located at 14005 North US HWY 183, Ste. 500 at the NE Corner of 183 and Lakeline in the Super Target Shopping Center.
On September 30th, the restaurant will donate 100% of all proceeds from its private, pre-opening training day to The American Widow Project, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support for military widows grieving the loss of a spouse in the armed forces. “Every donation made to the AWP allows a military widow to receive the emotional support needed to not only carry on her Hero’s legacy, but also create her own. We are so honored to have the support of The Egg & I of Austin-Walden Park,” said Tabbatha Lancaster, Volunteer Coordinator for The American Widow Project.
