Highlighting a popular food favorite, Newk’s winter line up also spotlights the gourmet-inspired Newk’s Favorite Salad, which lives up to its name. The salad combines flame-grilled chicken, crumbled gorgonzola cheese, chopped pecans, sliced grapes, sweet dried cranberries ,artichoke hearts and house-made croutons all on a bed of fresh mixed greens.
