Soldiers stationed in six states will be among the first to experience the new menu items
In celebration of the newest O’Charley’s menu items, members of the military will be among the first to experience O’Charley’s fresh-from-our-own- bakery pies available in five delectable flavors. Coinciding with “National Pi Day,” traditionally used to celebrate mathematics, soldiers stationed in Tennessee, Ohio, Florida, Georgia, Alabama and South Carolina will receive whole pies to enjoy.
“O’Charley’s has a longstanding tradition of supporting our military and this is our way of continuing to thank our servicemen and women,” said Mickey Mills, President of O’Charley’s. “I’m thrilled to know that our troops will enjoy our new O’Charley’s pies this Easter holiday.”
All O’Charley’s pies are fresh from our own bakery and made with high-quality ingredients like freestone Peaches, Michigan Apples and semisweet chocolate. O’Charley’s restaurants bake pies and freshly prepare whipping cream in-house every day.
Guests may order a slice or take home a whole pie. In either case, O’Charley’s pies include all the toppings like real whipping cream, milk chocolate shavings or pecan halves. Guests may pick up their whole pies for the Easter holiday at your local O’Charley’s restaurant.
The new pie flavors include:
French Silk
Semisweet chocolates are blended into a fluffy, mousse-like filling in a flaky pastry crust. This pie is topped with real whipped cream and milk chocolate shavings.
Southern Pecan
A southern classic, this pie is made with butter and brown sugar and then topped with a layer of pecan halves.
Country Apple
This is an “old-fashioned” double-crust apple pie made with sweet, crisp Michigan apples blended with cinnamon and other delicate spices.
Ooey Gooey Caramel
A signature dessert, this is made with a graham cracker crust and creamy caramel, topped with whipped cream chocolate shavings and pecans.
Double Crust Peach
This tender, flaky double-crust pie is filled with sun-ripened freestone peaches.
