Benihana Inc., the nation’s leading operator of Japanese theme and sushi restaurants, has announced the October Chef’s Specials: Hibachi Shrimp & Chicken for Two, a four-course feast for only $36, and Lobster Diablo for One, four courses for just $25.
As the weather gets cooler this October, gather around a warm hibachi grill to enjoy the famous Benihana flavors and entertainment. Share this month’s Hibachi Shrimp & Chicken for Two, tender chicken and plump shrimp, grilled before your eyes with mushrooms and sesame seeds. If you’re looking for something a little bit spicy, try the Lobster Diablo, cold water lobster with assorted vegetables and Japanese udon noodles grilled in a homemade spicy sauce. Both Chef’s Specials are served with Benihana’s signature onion soup, Benihana salad, a hibachi shrimp appetizer, hibachi vegetables, homemade dipping sauces, steamed rice and Japanese hot green tea, offering a balanced and flavorful four-course meal for only $36 or $25, respectively (tax and gratuity excluded).
To highlight the flavor of either October Chef’s Special, try one of Benihana’s suggested beverage pairings. The Kung Fu Girl Riesling is the perfect combination of apricot, kumquat, nectarine, lime leaves and minerality, providing a wonderful complement to the Hibachi Shrimp & Chicken for Two.
