Paul Fleming Announces Anthony Smith as New President for Paul Martin’s American Grill

Long-time restaurateur Anthony Smith was recently promoted to President – Partner after joining Paul Martin’s American Grill as Director of Restaurant Operations in 2011. Smith brings a wealth of experience in multi-unit restaurant management to the Paul Martin’s restaurant group. As President – Partner, Smith oversees all day-to-day operations and all development for future locations.

Paul Martin’s American Grill announces Smith’s promotion on the heels of opening of its 4th California restaurant in Westlake Village, CA. The company also recently announced its 5th location set to open in San Mateo, CA by the end of 2013.
