Paul Martin’s American Grill continues its expansion with the opening of its eighth location at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Conceived by Brian Bennett and celebrated restaurateur Paul Fleming as the restaurant they always wanted in their neighborhood, Paul Martin’s serves American Classics with a fresh twist using peak-of-the-season ingredients.

Menu items will rotate seasonally with seafood from sustainable fisheries, free-range and natural meats and poultry, artisan cheeses and cured meats. Paul Martin’s most popular dishes include the “Brick” chicken with mashed potatoes and fresh herb jus, Marinated Skirt Steak with grilled maple-bourbon sweet potatoes and arugula, and their signature Banana Cream Pie. The restaurant’s focus on peak-of-the-season ingredients extends to the bar, showcasing seasonal fruit-infused vodkas made in house and used in signature cocktails. In addition, Paul Martin’s offers several craft beers on tap; and an extensive wine list with over 100 labels, 80 of which are available by the glass.
The casually sophisticated dining space, which was designed with elegance and comfort in mind, features dark, distressed wood, polished concrete floors and timeless details. The indoor dining room has approximately 134 seats with room for 61 on the patio. The entire property, including kitchen, dining room, bar and patio, is approximately 6,629 square feet.
