PizzaRev, a fast-casual pizza concept backed by Buffalo Wild Wings, launched the ‘Celebrate the Sauce’ campaign to recognize a successful harvest of the tomatoes used to make its organic tomato sauce. PizzaRev produced a video (bit.ly/OrganicTomatoSauce) to give fans a behind-the-scenes look at where and how the organic tomatoes are sourced. To take part in the celebration, guests who visit a local PizzaRev restaurant by October 31, 2015 can enter to win Free Pizza for a Year.
“Great pizza demands an exceptional tomato sauce, so our culinary team went on a search for growers and producers that use all-natural, organic tomatoes,” said Nicholas Eckerman, co-founder, President and COO of PizzaRev. “Our organic tomato sauce is the definition of a simple, healthful, and flavorful food.”
PizzaRev is committed to serving the highest quality ingredients you can find on a custom, personal pizza that’s flame-fired in just three minutes. Part of that commitment is continuing to source all-natural and organic ingredients which are locally grown whenever possible. The tomatoes used to make PizzaRev’s organic tomato sauce are non-GMO and never treated with harmful pesticides or chemical ripening agents. Organic farming practices used to grow the tomatoes also benefits the environment by reducing pollution and conserving water and soil.
PizzaRev is a “build-your-own” fast-casual pizza concept that has reinvented the way America eats its favorite food. Guests are empowered to fully customize a personal-sized 11″ pizza for one price.
