This season, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers is diving into new culinary territory and debuting a one-of-a-kind menu offering sure to satisfy guests’ nautical cravings. Available while supplies last, The Wild Pacific Crab Cake Burger is the first premium seafood offering to join Red Robin’s Finest menu. It is made from tender jumbo lump, blue and Pacific snow crab, crisped to golden perfection and then topped with arugula, roasted garlic aioli, oven-roasted tomatoes, lettuce, Parmesan cheese and served on a caramelized ciabatta bun.
“We wanted to make waves and push the culinary envelope by creating a premium seafood offering that packs the same powerful flavor as our other top-of-the-line beef burgers,” said Denny Marie Post, Red Robin’s senior vice president and chief marketing officer. “The Wild Pacific Crab Cake Burger brings an added dimension to Red Robin’s Finest, and we can’t wait to see how our guests respond!”
The Gourmet Burger Authority rolled out its premium line of handmade, half-pound Black Angus beef patties with superior toppings nationally in Nov. 2013. Beginning with the Smoke & Pepper Burger, the innovative, chef-crafted roster has since expanded to include The D.G.B., Black & Bleu burger, Southern Charm Burger and now, The Wild Pacific Crab Cake Burger.
In addition, Red Robin guests will get carried away with the sinfully rich Chocolate Fruffles. This decadent new shareable dessert features rich chocolate fudge bars in the shape of Red Robin’s famous Bottomless Steak Fries®, dipped in dark chocolate and bejeweled with French sea salt and sugar crystal. Chocolate Fruffles are also served with whipped cream and a side of “ketchup,” a raspberry dipping sauce.
