Tampa, FL-based WESTSHORE PIZZA (founded 1994) has increased 6 units from 28 to 34 (21% growth). These family/casual pizza restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average. The restaurants offer beer and wine and have seating for about 40. Catering is available.  Trading areas are in FL and OH. Locations are franchised.

Fort Lauderdale, FL-based MIAMI GRILL (founded 1983) has increased by 4 units, from 34 to 38 (12% growth) and entered into IN and Malaysia.  This fast casual sandwich and grill concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person price range.  Beer and wine are served and average unit seats about 50.  Catering, delivery and online ordering are available.  Locations are franchised and trade in FL, HI, IN, SC, Guyana and Malaysia.  We featured this concept on 10/21/14 (6% growth).
