Minneapolis, MN-based DUNN BROS COFFEE (founded 1987), has increased 10 units from 79 to 89 (13% growth). These quick serve coffee restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average. Seating is for about 20 and locations are franchised. Trading areas are IA, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD, TN, TX and WI.

North Vancouver, BC-based EARLS (founded 1982) has increased 4 units, from 65 to 69 (6% growth). These family style American cuisine restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $10-$30+ per person check average. Full bar service is available and seating is for about 250. Trading areas are AB, AZ, BC, CO, FL, MA, MB, ON, SK, VA, WA and YT.

Washington, DC-based FAST EDDIE’S BILLIARD CAFE (founded 2002) has increased 1 unit, from 4 to 5 (25% growth). These family style American cuisine restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person check average. Full bar services are offered and seating is for about 200. Catering is available. The restaurants are located in DC and VA.

New York, NY-based WOLFGANG’S STEAKHOUSE has increased by 1 unit, from 12 to 13 (8% growth) and entered into NJ.  This upscale steakhouse concept is open for lunch and dinner, with a $15-$50+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar service and average seating for about 200.  Banquet rooms are available.  Trading areas are CA, FL, HI, NJ and NY.

Atlanta, GA-based WILLY’S MEXICANA GRILL (founded 1995) has increased by 2 units, from 25 to 27 (8% growth).  This fast casual concept is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person price range.  Locations serve beer and wine and have seating for around 60.  Catering and online ordering options are available.  All the restaurants are in GA.

Portland, OR-based ELEPHANT’S DELI (founded 1979) has increased 1 unit for the Elephant’s Deli concept from 7 to 8 (14% concept growth) and added new concepts called Sack Lunch Delivery (1) and Elephant’s Catering (1), for an overall company increase from 8 to 11 (38% company growth). These family/casual sandwich restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average. Full bar service is available and seating is for about 70. Catering services are available. The restaurants are located in OR.

Hayward, CA-based EVERETT AND JONES BBQ (founded 1973) had increased 2 units, from 4 to 6 (50% growth). These quick serve BBQ restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average. Beer is sold.  Average seating is for about 60. Catering is available. Locations are in CA.
