Lake Mary, FL-based GATOR’S DOCKSIDE (founded 1991) has increased 5 units for the Gator’s Dockside concept, from 20 to 25 (25% growth). These family/casual American restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20+ per person check average. Full bar service is offered and seating is for about 350. Locations are in FL.

Tucson, AZ-based LUCKY WISHBONE (founded 1953) has increased 1 unit, from 6 to 7 (17% growth). These quick serve American cuisine restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average. Seating is for about 30 and catering is available. Units are located in AZ.

Oconomowoc, WI-based ROCKY ROCOCO (founded 1974) has increased 2 units, from 39 to 41 (5% growth). These quick serve pizza restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average. Seating is for about 50 and catering is available. Trading areas are MN, WA and WI.

Broken Arrow, OK-based PAMAX MANAGEMENT INC (founded 1980) has added a new concept called Rick’s Café (1 unit). Other company concepts include Burger King (25) and Taco Bueno (5). This quick serve pizzeria is open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average. Seating is for about 50.  Company trading areas are located AR and OK.

El Segundo, CA-based ROCK & BREWS (founded 2012) has increased by 6 units, from 9 to 15 (67% growth). These family/casual restaurants are open for lunch and dinner with a $10-$30+ per person check average. Cuisine is American with full bar service available. Seating is for about 250. Trading areas are CA, FL, HI, KS and NM.

Scottsdale, AZ-based LTB CONCEPTS has increased by 1 unit for the Over Easy concept from 4 to 5 (25% concept growth) and added a new concept called Taverna (1 unit).  Other company concepts are May’s Counter (1) and The Lodge (2).  Overall company increase was from 8 to 9 (13% growth). These family/casual American cuisine restaurants are open for lunch and dinner with a $10-$30+ per person check average. Over Easy is open for breakfast, with a $6-$15+ per person check average.  Full bar service is available and seating is for about 200. The restaurants trade in AZ.

Fort Worth, TX-based FUZZY’S TACO SHOP (founded 2003) has increased 21 units from 82 to 103 (26% growth). These fast/casual Mexican restaurants are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner with a $6-$15+ per person check average. Some locations have full bar service and others are beer and wine only.  Seating is for about 80. Catering is available. Trading areas are AZ, CO, GA, KS, LA, MO, NE, OK and TX. We featured this concept on 12/30/14 (64% growth).

New York-based BAREBURGER (founded 2008) has increased by 3 units, from 27 to 30 (11% growth).  This family/casual burger concept is open for lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20+ per person check average.  Locations have full bar and seating for about 90.  Catering, delivery and online ordering services are available.  Trading areas are CT, NJ, NY, OH, ON, PA and Japan.  We last featured this concept on 10/17/15 (27% growth).

Auburn, AL-based CHICKEN SALAD CHICK (founded 2008) has increased by 1 unit, from 43 to 44 (2% growth) and entered into LA.  This fast casual chicken and sandwich shop is open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Units seat around 50 and offer catering and drive-thru services.  Locations are franchised and trade in AL, FL, GA, LA, NC, SC, TN and TX.  We featured this concept on 10/7/14 (300% growth) and on 7/21/15 (34% growth).
