Santa Cruz, CA-based ERIK’S DELICAFE (founded 1973) has increased by 2 units, from 32 to 34 (6% growth).  This fast casual sandwich shop is open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average.  The stores have seating for about 60 and offer catering service.  Locations are franchised and trade in CA.

FLIP BURGER of Birmingham, AL has increased by 1 unit, from 4 to 5 (25% growth).  These are family/casual restaurants with full bar and seating for around 150.  Meal periods are lunch and dinner.  Per person check average is around $10-$30+.  Locations are in AL and GA.

Louisiana-based REGINELLI’S PIZZERIA (founded 1996) has increased by 1 unit, from 10 to 11 (10% growth).  The concept is family/casual, open for lunch and dinner.  Per person price range is $6-$15+, serving beer and wine.  Average seating is for about 80.  Catering and delivery services are available.  Locations are in LA and TX.  We wrote about this concept on 6/25/13 (11% growth).
