These fast casual pizza restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range. Seating is for about 50 and catering is available.  Locations are franchised and trade in AK, AZ, CA, DC, ID, KS, MA, MD, MN, NY and UT.

El Paso, TX-based EL TACO TOTE (founded 1988) has increased by 2 units, from 22 to 24 (9% growth). These fast casual Mexican restaurants are open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person price range. Beer service is sold and seating is for about 150. Catering is also offered. Locations are franchised and are located in AZ, NM and TX.
