Locations are franchised and trade in OK and TX.

Austin, TX-based AUSTIN’S PIZZA (founded 1999) has increased by 1 unit, from 12 to 13 (8% growth).  The restaurants are fast casual, open for lunch and dinner, with a $4-$12+ per person check average.  Beer and wine are served at select locations.  Seating is for about 20.  Catering, delivery and online ordering services are available.  All the restaurants are in TX.

Houston, TX-based ALONTI CAFE & CATERING (founded 1974) has increased by 4 units, from 42 to 46 (10% growth).  The restaurants are fast casual sandwich shops, open for breakfast and lunch, with a $4-$12+ per person price range.  Average unit seats about 100, with catering, delivery and online ordering services offered.  Trading areas are CA, IL and TX.

Golden, CO-based MAD GREENS (founded 2004) has increased by 5 units, from 12 to 17 (42% growth) and entered into AZ.  This is a fast casual salad concept, open for lunch and dinner, with a $6-$15+ per person price range.  Seating is for about 60.  Beer and wine are served at select locations.  Catering and delivery are available.  Trading areas are AZ and CO.

Dallas, TX-based TWISTED ROOT BURGER CO (founded 2005) has increased by 4 units for the Twisted Root Burger concept, from 10 to 14 (40% concept growth).  The company also operates Truck Yard (1).  Overall company increase was from 11 to 15 (36% company growth).  This fast casual burger concept is open for lunch and dinner, with an $8-$20+ per person check average.  The restaurants have full bar service and seating for around 90.  Trading areas are LA and TX.  Franchise opportunities are now available.
