Restaurant Marketing CEO Matt Plapp Featured on History Channel Food Show

Matt Plapp, CEO of national media and marketing company America’s Best Restaurants, headquartered in Florence, KY, is featured as an expert commentator on an upcoming episode of the popular History Channel series, The Food That Built America.

The episode, titled “The Flight of the Buffalo Wing”, chronicles the rise of the humble hot-sauced chicken wing from its origins in Buffalo, NY to a true culinary phenomenon. The episode premieres on Sunday, March 5th at 9 pm EST.
