Italian-American cuisine will be featured when this fine-casual concept opens sometime in June in the Westin Hotel at 550 N. Van Buren Street.  A 50 seat bar will complement the 45 tables with a view of Lake Michigan.  The menu is under development but the bar will feature craft cocktails and local beers.

Atlanta, GA – Momonoki
Downtown Asian food fans will be happy to welcome this Japanese cuisine, casual eatery when it opens at 95 8th. Street NW in late 2017.  Service options will be split between dine-in and carry out with for former menu focused on protein topped rice and ramen bowls and the latter offering coffee and pastry.

Las Vegas, NV – Kitchen Table Squared
Chef-Owner Javier Chavez will bring his unique style of Latin-influenced, global cuisine to 9265 W. Russell Road for a late spring opening.  Devotees to his Henderson location will find the familiar mix of breakfast standards of coffee, pastry and eggs along with comfort favorites such as braised short ribs.

College Park, MD – Lotsa Stone Fired Pizza
What type of restaurant should you open in a college town, well it’s got to be pizza and that’s what this fast-casual concept will bring to 4350 Knox Road with a late June opening.  The menu offering is based upon a “build your own” individual pizza (11 inch rounds) with a limited number of toppings for $7.99.

Pleasanton, CA – Salt Craft
Diners can expect a Chef-driven menu with Matt Greco takes the helm of his new casual concept slated for a summer, 2017 opening at 377 St. Mary Street.  The menu focuses on locally sourced ingredients for his breakfast, lunch and dinner menus.  Expect his house-cured lamb pastrami to grace the menu as well.

Chicago, IL – Taureaux Tavern
Chef Matt Ayala will bring his culinary stylings to this casual-feel French brasserie eatery to offer breakfast, lunch and dinner at 401 S. Financial Place for a spring, 2018 opening.  While the main menu will be French-influenced it’s still under development they will also offer a late-night food and drinks menu.
