Rehoboth Beach, DE – Bluecoast Seafood Grill
The creative talents of SoDel Concepts will open their 10th. eatery sometime next summer at 135 Country Club Road.  The menu will reflect available local seafood, an upscale wine list, craft beers and full service bar.  Amenities include an outdoor firepit and game area along with an acoustic stage for summer artists.

Franklin, TN – Black Rabbit
Chef Trey Cioccia of local favorite “The Farmhouse” will open his next concept within a stone’s throw of Printer’s Alley at 218 3rd.
