Nashville, TN – Yet to be named restaurant
This new restaurant is a project started by Deb Paquette of Etch. It will be going into the former home of Taste of Italy with a 3,000 floor space. This dinner only restaurant will seat 100 plus a bar and a patio. The project is expected to be open sometime in the summer of 2015.
Aurora, CO – Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar
Good times Burgers & Frozen Custard will be opening this venture in the Southlands Shopping center sometime in January 2015. Company spokesmen state that there will be numerous other openings planned for 2015 as well.
Birmingham, AL – Bahama Buck’s
Bahama Buck’s has been on the radar lately with a variety of new openings. This week alone we found 3 new location which say they are opening soon. Most all are in the southern US.
Boston, MA – Blue Fuji
Jacky An Xie of the Blue Fuji in Medford Square has recently applied for an operating permit for this new restaurant. We are not sure if this is a second location or a move from their current venue.
Ashville, NC – Bonfire BBQ
Jeff Barcelona will be opening this new restaurant Hopefully in March 2015. The restaurant will be an 80 seats and be open from 11AM to 11PM. As the name implies the menu will be BBQ style with numerous TVs and all the sports channels.
Miami, FL – Naked Lunch
Ralph Pagano, owner of the Naked Taco, will be opening Naked Lunch at the University of Miami Life Science and Technology Park. The restaurant will be opening hopefully by the end of January 2015 Monday through Friday servicing breakfast Lunch and dinner.
