Family casual restaurants to feature popular animated series on Thursday nights
Ryan’s, HomeTownBuffet, and Old Country Buffet will be serving up VeggieTales in the New Year, as the family casual restaurants will feature the popular animated series in all their restaurants as part of Family Nights. Starting January 15, 2015, kids visiting from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursdays will receive free VeggieTales themed Character Masks including games, and coloring fun featuring Bob the Tomato, Larry the Cucumber, and Phillipe Pea. Supplies available while they last.
“Parents love our Thursday Family Nights for the wholesome activities our restaurants offer for their children,” said Rob Crews, Senior Vice President Of Marketing for Ovation Brands. “It’s an opportunity to come together as a family to enjoy a great tasting home-style meal and kid-friendly fun at an affordable price.”
The VeggieTales activities will be available every Thursday night from January 15 through March 26, 2015. Each character mask will include a $2 off coupon on the purchase of the new VeggieTales: Noah’s Ark DVD. The DVD will be available at major retailers starting March 3, 2015.
