Charlotte-based Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill franchisee Mike Corino is so happy with his existing Owensboro, Kentucky Salsarita’s Fresh Mexican Grill location that he opened the largest and most innovative new Salsarita’s restaurant with the company’s first drive-thru in Evansville, Indiana this week.
The growing, trendy chain introduced a new look and logo a few weeks ago, at the corporate owned Rock Hill, NC location but this is the first franchised restaurant to feature not only the new look but the system’s first drive-thru.
Customers will enjoy Mexican favorites such as five flavorful house-made salsas, custom burritos, tacos, nachos and salads all made fresh to order with an extensive selection of proteins, toppings and fillings.
