In 2015, Schlotzsky’s opened 14 new restaurants and sold 44 new franchise deals. The company will begin expanding into new markets, including Pensacola, Fla., Kansas City, and the state of South Dakota, and will continue to look to develop Schlotzsky’s national presence with qualified franchisees in Louisiana, New Mexico, New Jersey, Phoenix, and Chicago. This growth is fueled by both existing franchisees as well as new partnerships with experienced multi-unit franchise owners with notable portfolios.
