The Steakcation menu is all about value and customization.  Start with your choice of a soup or a house salad.  Next, choose your favorite sirloin preparation: Black & Bleu (peppercorn crusted with Wisconsin Bleu Cheese crumbles and maitre ‘d butter), Garlic Roasted Mushroom (garlic mushroom demi-glace), Zesty Rubbed (17-spice rub and maitre ‘d butter), or Simply Grilled (maitre ‘d butter).  Finally, make your Steakcation a trip to remember with two delicious side selections, including cheddar mashed potatoes, onion rings, and sweet potato fries (just to name a few).  Globe-trotting Steakcationers can double their sirloin portion for just $7, and every plate comes with a generous portion of their signature crispy onions as well.
